Project Overview

The More than a Dream Teen Pregnancy Prevention for Latino Youth aims to identify youth and parent interventions that address sexual health and pregnancy prevention among Latino youth. Interventions must be developmentally appropriate as well as culturally and linguistically relevant to Latino youth and their parents. The goal is to reduce sexual and other risk behaviors. Participants will be Latino adolescents, ages 12-14, and their parents. The project is funded by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families.

HeadSpin built the More than a Dream tracking tool from the ground up. The application allows team members to create groups and lists of events, enter participant information, view the history of scheduled events for participants, create to-do lists for team members, and download addresses for mailings.

We also implemented Text Message Survey functionality that is automated and tracked through the system via integration with Twilio.
