Project Overview
As the National Center on Program Management and Fiscal Operations, the UMASS Donahue Institute needed a new data system to track their Fiscal Consulting Initiative (FCI) and their Training & Technical Assistance (T/TA).
HeadSpin built this application suite consisting of the FCI process (from referrals to engagements to sustainability) and T/TA process (both scheduled and unscheduled TA). Providing valuable dashboards and data insight was crucial to the success of the center for Head Start.
