Program Management and Fiscal Operations provides user-friendly, evidence-informed resources and tools that support HS/EHS leaders, managers, and others in achieving the highest standards of accountability, efficiency, cost effectiveness and leadership. The PMFO is being funded through a four-year grant by the Administration for Children and Families, Office of Head Start (OHS).
HeadSpin designed and developed a web-based Call Tracking system allowing the PMFO team members to enter Head Start calls/emails (i.e. questions), select team members to collaborate on answers, approve through a workflow process, and answer via a system generated email to the Inquirer. Analytical based reports allow the PMFO to determine the proper topics to create seminars and working-sessions for along with the ability to provide Head Start with the latest calls from in the field.
