This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit headspinsoftware.com (the “Site”).

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. - We are using the Facebook Pixel, a conversion tracking pixel, to help us optimize your user experience on Facebook. 
- We are using the Google Analytics tracking pixel and advanced eCommerce tracking, to help us optimize your experience on Google Websites. 

Additionally, if you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information”. Although at this time, purchasing from our site does not occur.

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We may use your information to develop and display content and advertising (and work with third parties who do so) tailored to your interests and/or location and to measure its effectiveness.

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. COOKIES

REMARKETING
We use Google AdWords Remarketing to advertise across the Internet, in particular on the Google Display Network.

We do this to use remarketing to advertise across web sites. Google will show ads across web sites that your users are visiting, like HeadSpin Software. These ads are shown across other web sites and are based on your past visits to HeadSpin Software by using cookies

AdWords
Remarketing will display ads to you based on what parts of the website you have viewed by placing a cookie on your web browser.

This cookie does not in any way identify you or give access to your computer or mobile device.

The cookie is used to indicate to other websites that a person visited a specific page, so show them ads relating to that page. 

Google AdWords
Remarketing allows us to tailor our marketing to better suit your needs and only display ads that are relevant to you.
